We’ve never officially celebrated our dog’s birthday before. This year Baxter turns four years old. I wanted to get a local “pupcake” for him this year and well…being a pet photographer, I used it as inspiration for an adorable (if I do say so myself) doggie birthday party photo session. Daggoneit…I love this dog!
Baxter dog birthday cake is by Tina at Gourmutt’s Bakery in Raleigh. His adorable bowtie is by Pits & Posh and fit the theme of vibrant colors.
I was shocked at how well he kept the party hat on while posing for his birthday photos and how patiently he waiting for me to take photos before he got to dive into his cake.
