Sadie is a four-year-old Schweenie. What’s a Schweenie? It’s a mix breed combination of Shih Tzu/Min Long-haired Doxie! I first met Sadie during a mini session at Woof Gang Bakery. She was so cute so I was excited when mom emailed me to set up a full session for the fall! We met for her dog photo session at the Raleigh Rose Garden which was in full bloom. Sadie is a sassy little thing and kept me cracking up the entire time!
Mom Kyra says that Sadie is her guardian angel. Kyra welcomed Sadie to her home April 5, 2010. Kyra’s mom was excited to welcome her new grand-dog, but was hospitalized before she had a chance to meet Sadie. Kyra’s mom passed away April 13th. Sadie also shares the same birthday as Kyra’s sister who also previously passed away. Kyra says “it felt prophetic in the end.” I know Sadie offered a lot of comfort during that time and continues to bring joy to Kyra and her dad.
