I had the chance to work with a great client last month to create some candid staff photos for PetPartners Pet Insurance. It’s a nationwide company located here in Raleigh. After the first half of the session, we had a little time to take the pups outside for some extra photos. There was a beautifully landscaped median in the parking lot that was the perfect backdrop! Harry is the sweet black dog who is a master at tricks. Max…good gracious look at that cute little blondie in the bow tie! Jasper is the pug with the amazing head tilt and also a snazzy bow tie wearer.
And drumroll…you have Oakley. But not just “Oakley.” It’s BulletProof Oakley. BPO as I call him is on a mission to help end animal cruelty. He was surrendered by his family who said he was born without the use of his back legs. Turns out, he had a bullet lodged in his spine. This little nugget can hop on his bottom like you’ve never seen. But actually you can see it in some of the videos on his facebook page. He currently has a cart/wheelchair and he and mom are working with doctors to see if there is a chance he could learn to walk or what is the best option for his health and happiness.
