Miss Carlie is one of the CUTEST dogs I have ever photographed! And when you see her you’ll know why! She looks so much like my Baxter so naturally…I’m biased. Carlie’s mom contacted me a year ago about getting a gift certificate for her niece Vanessa. Vanessa is a law student at UVA and quite close with Carlie. We were able to schedule their session over winter break. Thankfully we had a nice mild evening and the sunshine could not have been more beautiful!
Carlie’s smile just melts me and she was so sweet and well-behaved. I just adore how you feel all the love from this session! Carlie is about ten years old and was rescued from Hurricane Katrina. She was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, but didn’t seem to be bothered at all during our session. She is such a sweet and happy girl! Her furry sister Taylor hung out in the car during our session and did come out for a final shot at the end. Carlie’s two other siblings will be having their own time in the spotlight eventually and I can’t wait to meet them!
