The Million Dollar Dog House now open for tours – Raleigh real estate photographer

I am so excited to see the Million Dollar Dog House complete!  The work to finish up the home and stage it for the Parade of Homes in the past two weeks has been miraculous!

Take a look at the transformation of the home! This first photo with Baxter was taken in June!

The other week the marketing team and I photographed Baxter and Lily to show off some of the sponsors of the project.  Don’t you just love Baxter in his top hat?

The house is amazing.  I love the details, the lighting fixtures and the paint colors are warm, but not over done.  In the rec room up stairs you’ll be able to see my main gallery. It features some of our “long timers” at the SPCA of Wake County that are still waiting for a forever home.  There is a hand out with information on the pups in homes one of the visitors may find their new family member!  You will also find my other photos around the home.Lily wasn’t too excited to pose in the dog shower that is in the laundry/”mutt” room, but boy would I love to have one of these in my house!

There is a special doggie bed nook under the stairs!  Christy the marketing director for the project and I helped builder Mark Davis come up with the concept!Talk about a master bath! WOW!This is my favorite photo of Lily inside the house.  She looks right at home doesn’t she!  Maybe I should offer her up to whoever buys the house! (I kid.
