Holiday card announcement!

Nov 19, 2013

You live and you learn…and you upgrade!  My goal has always been to provide the best service and products and try to keep prices competitive and affordable.  I have a vendor that I have used since I started my business for business cards and holiday cards.  They offer super low prices so I can keep my card prices extra low for clients.  The turn around time is a bit long and up until now they’ve been reliable.  However, after numerous issues with delayed orders, misprinted/odd colored orders, wrong counts of cards, poorly cut and rounded corners (or lack their of), I’ve decided to make the move to my boutique vendor.  I don’t know if the company has switched hands or is just taking on more than it can handle, but quality has severely diminished and I don’t want to pass that headache on to you. Yes, you’ll see new pricing for my cards starting November 25th, but here is why I’m making the move:

This printer ALWAYS gets it right – the cut, the count, the COLOR!!!!!

Images are sharp and they don’t print unless the order looks perfect.  I got a call the first time I tried to order a sample CD case from an employee letting me know about a small flaw in my layout. It was small, but they caught it and CALLED me!

I’ll be moving from the glossy finished cards to PEARL paper!  It’s a nice heavy stock paper with a shimmer that gives your cards an extra “something something.”

Faster turnaround time from a high-quality printer that specializes in products just for photographers.  I use this vendor for my albums and my own personal branding items. I trust them 100% and so do thousands of other photographers.

Best of all…FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING! That’s right!  Something that would cost about $20 plus with other vendors is FREE!

This also extends the window of time to order your cards for the holidays! Oh and my prices are still competitive with some of the most popular online stationary websites.  I just did some checking and with the overnight shipping included, some of my prices are lower than online websites.

I really am so excited about the new designs I added to this year’s card collection.  Next year I will switch out some designs to keep things fresh.  Also, this vendor allows me the possibility to add Luxe cards {boutique shaped cards) and pop-out ornament cards in the future.

Email me asap if you still need to order your holiday cards!! 🙂

I had some fun designing a Holiday Blues card yesterday.  I haven’t had a lot of time for creative graphic design work lately. It was fun to just create for a little while.  Also, below, a sample of this year’s holiday card catalog.
